Singapore local property developer Tong Eng Brothers is releasing its latest new launch project,
Belgravia Villas in District 20 Ang Mo Kio. Located along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, this
new freehold project is expected to generate much public interest as it is the first strate title landed housing project in this area. Tiffany Teow, a member of the developer sales team with PropNex Realty said that the indicative pricing for this project would be in the S$8XX range.
There will be 100 terrace units and 18 semi-d units together with condo-like facilities.
The public launch date for
